Too busy to Blog
Stepmom and sister are in town. Been spending as much time with them as possible.
My new roommate moved in -- she is awesome!
Work is busy and I can't post pictures at work anyways so there's no point in trying to blog there.
Canada Day is officially tomorrow. Won't have time then. Thursday or something I'm probs going to costco. Saturday I have an interview and errands to run. Sunday I'm going to make soups for lunches with Ashley.
Crazy busy I say. It sounds like it's nothing, but it's actually taking up all of my time right now.
I promise I'll try to post something soon.
Until then, night at the Rox(bur)y pictures can be found here.

Controversial Bullshit
I really have nothing to say right now. I can't post anything because I have no pictures so the post I want to do has to wait until later. So basically this is just more random garbage that has nothing to do with anything and you are wasting your time reading this because it pertains to nothing in particular.
What?
Exactly.
I'm tired of Michael Jackson shit taking up the facebook page already. Everyones taking these stupid quizzes and posting videos blah blah blah.
I get it - He died.
Yes it's crazy that Michael Jackson died. But really, does it have to affect everyones lives so "drastically" all of a sudden? Because it shouldn't.
I made a comment on someones status earlier. He was talking about Michael Jackson being such an awesome person and how he accomplished so many things and was soooo successful yadda yadda.
So lets look at it shall we? Was Michael Jackson more famous for his MUSIC or for the fact that he had a fucked up face?
I rest my case.
He has the odd song that everyone's heard, that gets played at weddings etc all over the place sure, but really, he was more famous because he was so fucked in the head than he was for his music.
It's not entirely true of course, but I bet you even if he wasn't famous for his music career and still did all the things he's done since he was famous, that we'd have seen him in the news by now and questioned, "Who the fuck is this guy? What's up with his nose? What is wrong with him? I wonder what's going through his head?"
Most people when they first hear the words "Michael Jackson" probably initially think one of a few of these things: "Fucked up face/nose/chin, fucked up all together, Thriller, little boy toucher, hangs kids off balconies, crotch grabber, moonwalk, Jackson 5"
I can tell you right now if you asked what my FIRST thought in my head was when hearing the his name, I would have to say "ferris wheel." I wouldn't initially think of his music career, I would think of all the bullshit that's been plastered in the media about the weird things he's done in his life.
People love freaks. Media delivers that. Michael Jackson was exactly that, a media delivered freak.
Don't get me wrong, there are those people out there who genuinely loved Michael Jackson and his music, that's fine. But you can't honestly tell me that his death deserves THIS much attention.
The point I made to someone earlier is that thousands of people have died since MJ. Those deaths will never appear in the media even though I'm sure someone great died between yesterday and today. Someone who was very well established, a good loving person, an accomplished entrepreneur, and who possibly even contributed to who knows how many charities to help the lives of those in need.
I'm also sure that since MJ has died, there has been hundreds of CHILDREN who have died from terminal diseases. Those families are not acknowledged in any newspaper.
I wonder how many people have lost family members in a brutal murder these past two days? I'm sure there's at least one somewhere in the world.
If you ask me I'd rather "mourn" for one of those families than for Michael Jackson. Yes he was someones son, brother, father, yadda yadda, but look at the life the guy lead. Was it really THAT great of a life?
Would any one of you out there say "I want to live the EXACT life Michael Jackson lived because his life was SO awesome." ??
I am going to go out on a whim and say none of you would.
My other point... what's going to happen when someone like Oprah dies? I bet you 10 million dollars she won't be nearly as big of an upset as Michael Jackson, and at least she has PERSONALLY bettered -- physically, emotionally, AND financially -- more people than Michael Jackson ever did or would have if he were still alive. In my opinion making her far more superior as a person.
It's all overrated. And sure, I'm giving this more attention than I feel it deserves but mainly because the controversy factor is quite interesting to me. I don't care that the guy died, but the amount of crap that's being spewed from peoples mouths since then is quite astonishing really.
Everyone needs to lighten up a bit.
If he wasn't famous, most people would judge him just based on his appearance and simply write him off as just another weirdo. So looking at it as him being "just another weirdo" ... would you cry for the weird guy on the street you saw the other day if he died?
Didn't think so.

Can it stop soon?
I wish I had someone here with me right now ugh. I hate being by myself. Not that there's anything anyone can do to make the pain stop, but it sucks when you've been all by yourself all day. I would have been fine had it not started up again but now I just don't want to be alone. I asked Dario if he could stay with me tonight but he can't.
I was just looking up what other people had to say about how long these friggen cramps lasted. There is a forum I'm reading right now where every woman that's had a child has compared the cramps this IUD causes to what labour contractions feel like.
No wonder the pain is enough to make me cry when it feels like you're having a fucking baby.
I don't know how the hell I'm supposed to function at work tomorrow if this keeps up.
I hope this gets better soon. It hurts so fucking bad.
Early Morning Banter
2:11am and I'm only starting to just get sleepy again.
I went to bed around 10 tonight after reading a few pages of a book I should have read long ago. It's called "Smart Women Finish Rich." ... It's a financial book specifically aimed towards women since it is not uncommon for men to take care of the finances, and then when something happens to the man (say they die or there's a divorce) women who were once wealthy are left with nothing.
It's written by a man which I find very interesting. I clearly have never paid much attention to the cover of the book because I always thought it was written by a woman. I won't lie, thinking it was written by a woman sort of deterred me from wanting to read it. It's weird really because according to the stats, 45% of employees/employers are women so it's nearly 50/50... not to mention that the stats say that women have opened more businesses lately than men, and have been more successful with them than men... but for some reason when it comes to financial advice I enjoy hearing it from a mans point of view instead. The man who wrote it has been very successful with managing finances, as well as stocks/investments etc. It's been an interesting read so far.
The main point of the book is that everyone should be responsible for their own finances. Both partners in a relationship should know where the finances are spread about, what money is being spent where, etc etc. The point of that being so that should something ever happen to one or both parties, then the other is not left in the dark about what financial decisions had been made for them their entire life. It talks about some women who are left widowed at 65+ years of age and how their family was very wealthy, but when their husbands passed away they realized that they weren't as well off as they had thought.... causing them to claim bankruptcy and live off of pensions that hardly cover the cost of anything.
So far so good though. It's written in a way that keeps your interest since a lot of people hate reading or learning about finances. It's definitely not the most exciting thing in the world sometimes.
So 2:18am and why am I awake? Oh that's simple. I was woken up when Krystal came home from Les Miserables with her boyfriend and finished moving the majority of her stuff around 11:30pm. I'm not entirely impressed because I should be getting rest and instead I've totally over done it today and now I'm in this position.
A few people have told me it will take a couple of weeks to heal, what those people don't know is that on top of the surgery I had the IUD put in place... which right now is causing me a great deal of pain. I am hoping it won't hurt for too long. The incisions and surgery portion doesn't seem to be whats bothering me at all right now. I'm wondering how I would feel if I didn't have the IUD put in, I'd probably be feeling great.
Yesterday I was on a lot of pain killers so it kept it to a little more of a minimum, but today has been quite excrutiating at times. Maybe I'm just being a baby, I don't know, but this is at least 20x worse than the worst menstrual cramps I've ever had. It comes in bursts, so one minute I'll be okay and then the next I'm keeled over in pain.
I did the dishes today and took the garbage out, as well as took the recycling out. That was about all I could handle. I went to the store with Dario to get some more pain killers and I have been done for ever since. I really shouldn't be doing any of that but I felt bad having Dario go to the store to get me my medicine. One because he wasn't sure what to get me, and two it was slightly embarrassing for the poor guy. I did the dishes and took the garbage out because it was obvious that Krystal wasn't going to do it as she's in her moving process. She asked if I could drive her to the airport tomorrow but I have said no as I'm definitely not feeling well enough to drive yet. It hurts anytime I get in and out of the car, not to mention when I hit bumps or anything.
I was on my own all day today, I managed to shower and get my bandages off the stomach/crotch region. I'm left with a couple of steri strips. The ones in my bellybutton are driving me insane, I would have preferred stitches. For all I know there might be stitches inside my bellybutton though. I guess I'll find out when these stupid steri strips finally come off.
I wish I wasn't home all day by myself but such is life. Dario has to work so it's just me here. It's not so bad, but today I wished I could have had someone here with me. There were times where it would have been nice to have someone help me get in and out of my bed, or help me with the dishes. I called Dario in the afternoon and asked him to come over in the evening, one for the company but two to help me out a little bit. I only ate half a granola bar, a few crackers, and some gingerale up until dinner. I wasn't feeling to great cause the cramps I was having made me want to throw up. I ended up crying a couple of times, mainly because I hurt like a son of a bitch, but also because of my frustrations with everything. To add to that, it's been a very exhausting weekend and my emotions and hormones are all over the place right now.
My grandma had a stroke on Friday. She's doing okay but I'm definitely still worried about her. She goes for an ultrasound tomorrow to see if there's any clots left in her carotid arteries and if there are then she'll be sent down here to have surgery to remove them. She's been put on new medications and blood thinners to try to help her out for the time being.
I'm just tired I suppose. I have only eaten in 5 days what I would normally eat in 1. I'm hormonal and emotional and want to be babied but at the same time I don't want to be. Dario keeps asking if I'm okay, and I keep saying yes, although I'm a little all over the place right now. Secretly I just want him to sit there and hug me but he can't because the surgery has me all awkward in terms of how I can and can't move. Hugs are much nicer when they don't hurt.
I'm going to finally try to get some sleep again. Now that it's quarter to 3.

Surgery - Over and Done With
The day was a bit of a gong show. We got to the hospital around 7:30 since they told me my surgery was at 9:05. It wasn't actually until 9:15 so there was a lot of waiting.
I put my stupid looking gown and ridiculous looking socks on with my little booties... then covered myself up with a robe and waited some more with Dario. I wish I had my camera for that because I looked retarded.
They called me in and asked me a bunch of questions and filled out the forms and what not that I needed to. Went over some of the stuff with me and asked if I knew what I was having done. Uhm I should HOPE that I know what's being done?? ... She gave me some pain killers to shove up my bum and an antacid to take, which I ended up throwing up anyways because I was so nervous. I turned into a total Stan yesterday.
After waiting with Dario for a little bit longer they called me in so I gave him a hug and was on my way. He left while I was in there because it was going to be a few hours before he'd be able to see me and we could go home.
They put me in some new contraption that they just got. I was the first person to use it. During some point of my surgery they had to tilt the table so my legs were up but my head was down... apparently this device holds you in so you don't fall off the table. Awesome. That helped my nerves a whoooooole lot. NAHHTT.
Finally the anesthesiologist was talking to me and told me to think about nice things while she was putting me to sleep so that I would have nice dreams. I started thinking about the wedding next year and all of a sudden all I could think of was "I am cow, hear me moo, I weigh twice as much as you." and the last thing I remember thinking is 'FUCK.' ... I can't believe I went to sleep thinking about that stupid song!
Before I had the surgery they had to take some blood which ended up leaving a big bruise on my arm. The IV didn't even leave nearly as bad of a bruise as that stupid one.
I came to when they were wheeling me into the recovery room. I was extremely tired/groggy and very dizzy. I felt a little nauseous but it was only when I opened my eyes so I kept my eyes closed. The nurses were worried I was going to puke so they loaded me up on some anti nausea medicines. I was very pale apparently. I should have told them that was just me without makeup on.
They pain was pretty bad and I was cramping up like crazy so they gave me some morphine. Within about 45 minutes that had worn off and they had to give me something else before I left. I didn't want to take a T3 until I got home incase it made me sick.
They asked me who was going to be taking me home and I told them my fiance Dario would be. They kept calling him my husband every time they asked me about him. Finally the one nurse went to go get him so she asked me "what does your husband look like?"
I was on so many pain killers and was pretty much higher than a kite, so I told her "hairy."
She started to laugh and I guess it wasn't enough detail so I told her ... "dark skin, dark hair, hairy, beard, tall?" so she asked what his name was and was on her way to find him. I bet if she'd went out there after I just said "hairy" she would have found him no problem.
I was discharged around 1pm and had to keep my eyes closed the whole ride home or I'd get the spins really badly. I was exhausted and wanted to sleep but I couldn't sleep while at the hospital because it was too noisy. I had not one, not two, but THREE people beside me in the duration of my "recovery" that were snoring like no body's ever snored before. It was SO loud. First I had a man on one side of me, and this one woman who was conked right out. Then the guy was discharged and they moved some old lady beside me who joined in the snoring harmony. I don't know how anyone could snore after surgery, my mouth was dryer than the Sahara dessert. I could hardly even speak because my tongue would stick to the roof of my mouth when I tried to form words.
When we got home I had my stuff all laid out on the table should I need it. Along with a bucket and barf bag incase I threw up. Dario helped me into bed and my cramps were getting worse. I was in tears and needed to lay down. I took a t3 and he cut off my hospital bracelets and I slept for about an hour and a half. The nap did me a world of good. I felt awesome after waking up. I had to have a prescription filled because apparently I had a slight bladder infection that they found while the were in there. I usually go to Costco for my prescriptions because it's cheapest, but since Dario doesn't have a Costco card I had to go with him. I was able to manage the trip but had to sit down after a short while because I was starting to cramp up and get dizzy. Finally we got out of there and I came back home. I was able to eat some crackers and cheeze whiz with some gingerale and I felt a lot better.
I went to bed around 8:15 and worked on a crossword puzzle for a bit. I woke up around 1am and was starving so I ate some pasta I had in the fridge. It was an amazing thing.
This morning I woke up around 9 and was up for about two hours then went back to sleep until 1. I got up and had a shower and removed my bandages from my stomach and found some steri strips underneath them. My belly button looks disgusting, I can't show you the other steri strips because they're too low down on my crotch. It's one thing with the giant bandage but without it's a little revealing!
I've managed to get through this post but I'm feeling a little gross so I'm going to try to eat something now. I've only had half a granola bar today and some water so I should probably try to eat something. I have the rest of today and tomorrow to rest and then I am back to work. I'm sure I'll be okay to work but will most likely be quite crampy still.
The results turned out okay. I still don't know entirely what's going on. A small amount of endometriosis was found, so it was cauterized. I will go back for a follow up appointment in 6 weeks so I can discuss things with my doctor about what my next options are. Hopefully the IUD I now have will help significantly and this will be the end of things.

Untitled
Not my fuckin weekend.
Not looking like the week will be my week either.
I just drove all the way out to Harrison Hotsprings... took an hour long walk... then took the scenic route back home again.
I was hoping it would help clear my head.
It didn't.

Right in the Money Pooper
I'm really tired today. I had trouble sleeping last night. I'm not sure why. Instead of an alarm clock beeping, I have it set to radio when it goes off in the morning. It weirded me out this morning because there was a girl named Danielle playing stump the show but I heard the name long before they played the game and in that time I'd fallen back asleep and started dreaming about it and in my dream it was Danielle C. playing and yadda yadda. (It wasn't actually her... at least I wouldn't think it would be as it was 7am and I don't think Danielle gets up that early!) Just a random weird thing. That's the second time that's happened now, they said the name "Mark" on the radio the other morning and were talking about a Father's Day Poem and blah blah I thought it was my friend Mark they were talking about because yet again I was half asleep. Then I fell asleep and dreamt I was trying to call him to tell him they were talking about him on the radio.
Basically it's really fuckin weird. I should probably just switch it to the beep but I really hate waking up to annoying alarm clocks. I'd rather the music that makes me go crazy apparently.
I've been feeling very "meh" the last few days. I'm highly irritated and stressed right now. I've cut up my visa so I can't use it anymore because I've started to wrack it up again. 6 months of being off work out of the last 7 will do that to you. Especially when in the last year I missed a lot of time even when I was working. I have probably been living off of 60% of my full income over the last year. Maybe even less.
I'm frustrated because now I've got to find ways to pay off that debt that I'm getting back into, and sadly this job doesn't pay me that well so it's going to take awhile. I am trying to find a second job in the mean time so that I can get it paid off but it's proving impossible because a) there's not a lot out there that I can get to fast enough after I'm done work here... most of them seem to start around 4 or 5 and I get off at 4:30 but if it's not close enough to where I am now it makes it impossible to be there by 5... and b) my outlook at home isn't working because all of my word programs are expired yadda yadda and I don't know how to fix it and I can't respond to e-mails through craigslist without outlook and 99% of the employers posting jobs don't post contact information, just a hidden link to respond to.
It's frustrating basically. I've had a million things to do lately, things I have to buy. I had to buy new work clothes for this job since I didn't have any. I had to pay for the IUD which was 344 bucks, I had to pay for all the internet which was another 168 (over the course of the last year.) ... I've got car insurance and rent, gas and food. I've got my friends wedding coming up as well so there'll be a gift for her there. It's just ridiculous. My food budget is lower than what I actually need it to be. I've tried my best to stick to it in the past but it's still quite low. It will buy me enough food, however there's extra things that don't really fit into that budget as well as I thought they would... IE razor blades, feminine products, makeup when you need it etc. It's all an added expense so it's just damn frustrating. And don't even get me started on the amount I've spent on prescriptions in the last year... prescriptions that aren't covered under medical because it's all been birth control. I might as well have flushed 200 bucks down the toilet since that's about what I've spent on prescriptions that don't work that I've had to stop taking and throw away. Fucking awesome that is.
It's hard explaining to people that when you live on your own there's always expenses unaccounted for that you're going to run into. Anyone who's lived entirely on their own before will understand this. Living as a couple makes things a lot easier because you start sharing the expenses at hand. I mean sure you have a mortgage etc, but it's better paying money to something you own than 450 bucks a month for someone else to put down on their mortgage.
I've been entirely overwhelmed with thoughts of money and money problems lately. I went an entire month without being paid anything at all, which in reality sets me back at least 1400 dollars. And when you start getting set backs like that, guess where it goes? Yep straight to credit.
I should sit down with a financial advisor and figure out an appropriate budget for my current income. I've always said that it's stupid that people need financial advisors but really, it's not at all. There's a lot of things that people forget to incorporate into their budgets -- like I said before, razor blades, weddings, etc.
So yeah, I'm following suit with Keira here -- Don't be offended if I say no to doing things for the next while. I am in the financial shitter and until I get myself out of it I need to be more of a hermit.
It's going to be difficult since it's summer, but yeah. I figure if I tell you all my situation, then I don't doubt everyone will understand it. The hardest part about budgeting is saying 'hey sorry can't do that I'm too broke.' ... at least it is for me. It's a pride thing I suppose. So now that that is out of the way maybe I can start getting back on track.

Kick Me When I'm Down
When I say that I'm nervous people automatically assume it's because I'm scared about whether or not it will hurt or that something may go wrong. That isn't the case at all. I don't care that it's going to hurt, I know it's going to so there's no point in worrying about that. They're going to be jabbing my insides with a giant steel rod and filling me up with carbon dioxide (that will add pain in extra places such as my shoulders and chest.) ... On top of that I'll be having an IUD inserted which can also be painful as they open up your cervix to insert it. Considering I've never had a baby it will be extremely uncomfortable to do this. On top of that I may have serious cramping for a few months afterwards. The repercussions of all of this is somehow worth it though, I suppose.
What I'm actually worried about is that this is basically the determining factor. I've said it before and I'll say it again... it's the fear of ACTUALLY knowing that there is either something wrong, or that there is nothing wrong... and both answers aren't great outcomes.
Should they find nothing, then I am still in pain and have to find a way to deal with it because I've pretty much expired my options at this point. Unless of course the IUD helps which it may. After that I've expired my options though.
Should they find something, should I in fact have endometriosis, then that outcome is even worse than having nothing wrong.
I want to feel justified. I want to be able to say "I feel this way because there is a problem" ... but the same part of me doesn't want there to be a problem in the first place. Part of me hopes I just get really bad periods and that at least my organs are healthy.
Should there be a problem then I have worry caused by whether or not my reproductive organs are in fact reproductive. I could spend years trying to have a baby and never be able to conceive. Again, my biggest fear is exactly that.
People often wonder why I love kids so much, or why I can inguage in conversation with a 3 year old and actually be intruiged by it or enjoy it. I love kids, I always have. I think they bring the most incredible joy to peoples lives and there is nothing that could ever replace that. They are what makes a family. In my opinion it should always be "and baby makes three" ... or four or five or however many a family wants to make.
It's only been recently that I've thought about having children more. Of course getting married next year has a lot to do with it. I have found that person that I want to have a family with. I've never not wanted a family, but I've never worried about it before like I do now. I always figured that when I was ready to have kids I'd be able to have them. Unfortunately now I'm facing a terrifying situation where I may find out that I could either have a lot of trouble getting pregnant in the first place, or not being able to get pregnant at all. When I have that in the back of my mind and I see someone elses baby, it doesn't just give me the typical "Oh I want one he/she's so cute!" baby fever... instead I get that, and then secretly in the back of my head am saying "I hope I can. I hope I can."
Having a child is not a God-given right. It is a God-given GIFT and you should be so lucky to be given that.
While I have bitched and moaned about the pain for so long, and want to put an end to it... right now alls I can think is "I don't care about the pain, I just want to be healthy. Please let me be healthy."

Could you please turn off the fire?
No this was NOT the culprit of Dario's gouged out hand.
Chad barbequed up some flank steaks and potatoes while Elise whipped up a casesar salad. I took care of the breakfasts.
After dinner we all basically sat around the fire and proceeded to get drunker and drunker. In this process Ryan decided it would be hilarious to jump over the fire not once, but twice. I believe everyone was trying to convince him it would be better if he took off his pants first. It was a no go. I will upload the video another time.
Dario's big wood. HAH. Oh sexual innuendo's how I love you. The boys pretty much did nothing all Friday except for make up some weird game involving large wooden sticks and a volleyball... Yeah I don't know either. The whole point of the game was to bounce the ball on the stick and then pass it around to the other players. By the end of the weekend they had all these ridiculous rules and then finally Dario made the genius comment of: "I don't know why we're making up all these rules, we're never going to play this damn game ever again!"
They actually brought the sticks home so who knows about that!
Pat brought along a bottle of CR that was nearly 30 years old and finally cracked it. I HATE whiskey with a passion but that stuff was quite tasty. Although I was already slightly drunk and usually the drunker I get the less my tastebuds work. Either way I still claim it was tasty shit.
Biggest.Head.Ever. God I hope if we have kids they don't get his size of head.
We had some very entertaining conversations the entire night. I can't even begin to recap the hilarious things that were said because there were just too many. There is one thing in particular that I feel is necessary to blog about because I'm pretty sure it's my greatest accomplishment ever but it pertains to the 2nd night pictures so I will tell the story about it then.
In the morning we woke up to a disaster of beer cans, bottles, cups etc. Dario was thoughtful enough to wake Pat and I up at 5 fucking 30 in the morning. I think if Pat had his rugar he would have shot him. He's lucky I had to pee anyways so I got up and did my thing then went back to sleep till 7:30 or 8. It's hard sleeping in when you're camping BUT COME ON?! 5:30!! Ugh. I almost switched tents. Yes I'm that dramatic.
We started cleaning up all the stuff and came across a dozen pilsner cans from Chad. Pat and I decided we would stack them in front of Chad's tent so when he got up in the morning he'd see his accomplishments from the night before.
Elise went to town on a bottle of fish eye wine. We figured she'd be waking up with fish eye from being quite drunk the night before.
Surprisingly Chad wasn't the stinkiest son of a bitch out there. Dario dutch ovened the tent I don't know how many times, and I'm pretty sure that Pat was dutch ovening himself the 2nd night because when I went to go to bed that tent WREAKED. He denies... but Pat denies everything he does... Like knocking over the umbrella at Alicia's ... Right Pat!?
Dario, Pat and I worked on getting breakfast for everyone. We let Pat be in charge of bacon because he enjoys playing with meat. I dealt with the potatoes and Dario was in charge of scrambling up some eggs. We had quite the method -- Potatoes on a camp stove, Bacon on the fire, and Eggs on the barbecue. What have YOU done today? That's what I thought.
This Blue Jay was a piece of shit. He hung around our campsite the entire weekend. I'm sure while we were out at the lake the next day he was secretely scavenging anything we had out and shitting on peoples cars. Pretty birds but fuck do they sound ugly!
So that was day one... I'll get into the boat trip/Saturday night shinanigans tomorrow!

Triceratops vs T-Rex
I had to post this for everyone to see because it is the most hilariously entertaining conversation we've had in quite some time.
I'll post about camping tomorrow night!

Insert Tab A into Slut B
My favourite one today (so far) on the first page:
(650): so Mike and I made a deal. we'd do anal if he would help me pick out carpet tomorrow.(415): What...you let him do that?
(650): It wasnt that bad. the two minutes it took is nothing compared to the 10 hr day I have planned for him tomorrow
A few other good ones:
(702): Its only 8 and she is already passed out
(1-702): Perfect here is wht u do. Gently slip your index middle and ring finger into her butt hole but gently u dont wnt to wake her..let me know when ur ready for step 2
(847): my mom heard me say 'don't squirt that at me' while me & him were in my room. She then decided to call my aunt and complain to her that she has the sluttiest daughter in town. she refused to believe me when i told her i was talking about gel.
(224): I'm with your mom on this one.
(801): just peed in the tub, threw it on Megan.. she threw more back, I got out and threw toilet water on her.. forecast for tomorrow? pink eye.
(330): You should have seen k-money last night. She was just hanging on to the toilet for half the night. By her fourth trip to puke, she started talking to it and was doing the voices for her and it. She kept saying "...we thank you for your continued business..." haha
(559): my dad came in to wish me a happy birthday and found me passed out in my underwear with the lights on and a plate of meat on the bed. i bet he was proud to have contributed to my creation in that moment.
(901): Im bringing wine tonight. Its from a merlot from nashville. i bet it'll taste like infidelity and teenage pregnancy.
(619): he put his p in my v, then his p in my a, and then tried to put the p in my m? first, double dipping is rude. second, i'm glad he finished shortly after that, i'm afraid of where he'd try to stick it next. my ear?
(603): i just woke up i smell like fire, i have bruises on both knees and one elbow, i have a lighter and nip of smirnoff blueberry in my bed, rug burn on one hip and about 12 pics of you and me on my camera-this needs to stop happening
(508): yea ive got to shower which is going to be painful given the skin burns from the blowup obstacle course races last night
Anyways.. I suppose that's enough for now. Time to get my work day started and finished! CAMPING THIS WEEKEND YAAAY! :D

Drunk People And Their Singing
I'm totally exhausted today for some weird reason. I have so much I have to do and it's driving me insane. My computer at home is acting up and decided to randomly screw up my Outlook program so I can't respond to craigslist stuff right now. It's a pain in the ass because I'm going to look for a second job so I have to get this sorted out sometime soon.
I still need to get stuff organized for this weekend so tonight Dario and I are going to take a trip to my favourite store! Costco yaaaay. Once we find all the stuff we need then we can go about figuring out what we're taking etc and get everything ready to pack. Then Thursday we will pack everything up. Friday morning Dario will be on his way and I will be heading out Friday afternoon with Danielle, Elise, and Ryan.
I can't believe it's already Wednesday.
There has been lots happening lately. Dario's sister Sabrina is going to have a baby! Which means I will finally get to be an auntie YAAAY! :D ... TECHNICALLY I'm not officially Zia Marlee until after we get married, but that's alright. I still haven't decided if I should be Zia or Auntie. Zia sounds strange but saying "Zio and Auntie" sounds even more strange... so I will probably be Zia!
She is due December 24th, one day before Christmas AND one day before her own birthday. So that is quite cool. It will be extremely exciting to have a new addition at the wedding! I can't wait!
I had another ant incounter last night. This time they were on my bedroom carpet. Yugh. I raided and vacuumed all of those suckers up as fast as I could and then went outside and started spraying around the house some more. Hopefully that will be the last of it. The kitchen is ant free so I'm sure after this it'll be fine.
I'm a week and a half away from surgery so on Monday I will figure out everything with work. I haven't heard from the hospital or anything so I've gotta get everything sorted out at some point. I don't know if I have to do a pre-op appointment or what. I think I'm supposed to but I haven't heard from anyone nor have they told me anything of what I should or shouldn't do. They gave me a little booklet to read months ago but that was it. So who knows what's going to happen. It should be interesting.
I am absolutely starving today. I had a nectarine for breakfast and it's not nearly tying me over. I totally slipped up on bringing a snack. I usually pack some almonds and water but today I completely forgot.
Well I suppose it's back to work for me. Yesterday I typed up 5 pages of info into excel and even though I saved it a million times, it didn't work for some unknown reason so I have completely re-done everything and now I just have to double check it.
Off to the races I go.

I'm in shape. Round is a shape and I'm in it.
The weekend was incredibly busy. Friday night we headed over to Danielle's parent's place to meet the Aussies. Saturday morning I met up with Danielle, Chad, and Pat to head to the Hats Off thing on Hastings. Aaaaand then after Dario was off work we met up with him to head out to Lynn Valley for a little nature/photo walk. Me being the GENIUS that I am, I forgot my camera even though I told myself a million times not to. So all of the first day photo's of Lynn Valley are stolen from Dario, Danielle, and Pat!

I love this picture of the 5 of us. There's always the person taking the picture missing so it's nice to finally have a group shot!
No Jokes, I almost killed him for doing this stupid move. 200+ pound man standing on a dead branch hanging over a 50 foot cliff. SMART.

Awe <3 We're so gay. We never get any pictures of us taken and we never take any ourselves so I made Pat take one of us. Dario wasn't feeling it.

I found a slug! It was huge and disgusting. So I picked it up. It slimed me big time. After that I used a stick.

After we ended our little nature walk, Dario and I had a dinner for his cousins confirmation. As soon as that was over we drove back to his place and he decided he was going to stay home and sleep, and I decided I would head over to Miss Alicia's for her Sharpie Party.
I was totally over dressed because I didn't have time to stop at home and change (total back tracking) so I decided I would just wear a piece of paper on my back instead. It worked out perfectly.
The party was a blast, I probably could have stayed longer but I was supposed to go to Church in the morning so I was home by 1. Needless to say I still didn't go to church.
Random toilet just sitting outside by the flower garden. Porta Potty?? It ended up being someones seat later.
The party was a blast though. Such an awesome idea for a party. I wish I would have taken the trip home to get changed but ah well. Party's at the big red house are the new in thing haven't you heard??
Earlier on Saturday while we were all at Lynn Valley there is a spot that you can jump off the rocks and swim in and what not. Dario, Pat, and I decided that we were going to come back the next day to go swimming. We knew it would be cold but HOLY FUCK.
It was so cold I'm pretty sure my boobs became inverted. We all went in once and that was enough. Meanwhile there were kids and old men showing us up by jumping off the rocks. One kid literally jumped a good 40 feet about. The Park Ranger didn't like that too much and gave him shit so they would stop. A lot of people die there because they're being idiots and end up smacking into a rock on their way down. I love water, but I hate being in over my head. I can do it for a few minutes but then I start to panic a bit. I don't like it when my feet can't touch the ground incase I get too tired to swim anymore or start choking on water or something else equally stupid.
I'm the new Baywatch model, haven't you heard? HAHAHA. I had to post this, it is absolutely HORRIBLE but it makes me laugh so hard everytime I look at it. I don't think you could possibly get a more unflattering photo of me.
The river we ended up at was much better.A lot less people (literally only a couple of people were there which was nice...) and it was actually a decent temperature to swim for a bit. I more so opted to lay in the sun this time around but I did manage to go in once or twice.
We stayed out there till around dinner then finally headed back to Dario's where he barbecued up some smokies, made a salad and pulled out some bread! It was tasty.
The weekend definitely blew by but that's summer for you! I can't wait until next weekend now. I need to get organized. I have so much to do but I really wanted to get this post up before I ended up writing it off. I have dishes to do, ironing to start, magazines to put away, and hairstyles to find for my friend Megan. I was going to send them over the weekend but didn't have time. So I HAVE to send some tonight!!
I am also debating posting my pictures on flickr now as well. I realize that even when I do take pictures I don't always post them on my blog and I never post them on facebook anymore. All in favour of me putting my pictures up on flickr say "I" ...
